We are delighted to share that Inspire New Homes has supported two of our clients – Hammersmith & Fulham Council and Hexagon Housing Association – in achieving four shortlisted entries at the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards 2026!
The short listings recognise the quality of the homes, customer experience and collaborative work being delivered to help first-time buyers take their first step onto the property ladder.
For Inspire New Homes, it is a particularly proud moment and a reflection of what can be achieved when clients, consultants, sales agents, marketing specialists and PR teams work together towards the same goal.
What are the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards?
These awards celebrate excellence across the UK new homes and housing sector, recognising the organisations, developments and initiatives making a positive difference to first-time buyers.
The awards showcase some of the best work happening across the industry, from new developments and affordable homeownership through to customer experience, design and innovation.
Importantly, the awards also give people the opportunity to vote, meaning the people these homes are ultimately being created for can have their say.
More About our Clients’ Nominations
We are proud that our work with Hammersmith & Fulham Council has led to short listings in these 2 categories:
- Best New Development in the South for EdCity 2026
- Best Energy Efficient Home for Fulham Quarter 2026
And our work with Hexagon Housing Association has led to short listings in these 2 categories:
- Best First-Time Buyer Apartment for Chalkstone Lane 2026
- Best Small Medium Development for Chalkstone Lane 2026
These developments will collectively help more than 90 first-time buyers find a home, making this recognition about much more than winning an award.
Celebrating the teams behind the homes
Behind every new home is an extensive team of people working across development, sales, marketing, communications, customer experience, legal, finance and delivery.
We are proud to have worked alongside our clients and their wider project teams, including appointed sales agents SO Resi, Spicerhaart and Regenta, together with PR support from Oracle and Faust PR.
It is this collaboration that helps take a development from a collection of new homes to a successful sales launch and ultimately into the hands of the people who will call them home.
Awards provide an important opportunity to recognise the work that often happens behind the scenes. From developing the sales and marketing strategy and understanding the target customer, through to launching developments, generating interest, managing the buyer journey and communicating what makes each scheme special. Successful delivery requires many different organisations and individuals working together.
Inspire New Homes is proud to have played a part in that journey and congratulations to everyone shortlisted in the 2026 awards!
Now we need your vote!
The next stage is down to the public. Voting is now open for the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards 2026.
If you would like to support Hammersmith & Fulham Council, Hexagon Housing Association and the wider teams behind our four shortlisted entries, we would be incredibly grateful for your vote.

Supporting our clients from strategy to sales
At Inspire New Homes, we work alongside housing associations, local authorities and developers to help them successfully bring new homes to market.
Our work spans sales and marketing strategy, development mobilisation, customer journeys, sales delivery, agency management, marketing and communications and wider consultancy support.
Achieving four First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards short listings across two clients is another milestone we are incredibly proud of but, more importantly, these developments will help more than 90 first-time buyers take a significant step towards homeownership.
That is ultimately what matters.
Two clients. Four short listings. More than 90 future homeowners. One collaborative effort.
We wish Hammersmith & Fulham Council, Hexagon Housing Association and all of the teams involved the very best of luck at the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards 2026.
