Let the Inspire team handle the snagging process for you. We’ll take responsibility and attend all de-snag & snagging inspections alongside the employers agent, compiling and following-up a detailed list of defects to ensure homes are built to the expected standard.

End of defect inspection and sign off

Our end of defect inspection service focuses on verifying the quality of repairs and addressing any remaining concerns with your residents.

We coordinate with residents to arrange final inspections along with relevant contractors to verify all defects have been resolved before the defect liability period expires.

Courtesy Call

We can take ownership of your courtesy calls, inline with the NBF survey process. This service includes:

  • First courtesy call with the buyer in their first week
  • One month courtesy call to check in with the resident
  • 6-8 month courtesy call to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Void checks

We conduct weekly assessments of your void stock and their condition, identifying any necessary repairs, maintenance, and routine cleanliness checks are performed.

Our inspections ensure leaks, damp, mould or break-ins are dealt with quickly & efficiently. The Inspire team provide comprehensive reports and coordinate with contractors to address any findings.
